Collaboration with Marpi

In June 2019 Britelite worked with SF Design Week and artist Marpi to create a breathtaking set of interactive installations for the opening Gala. Britelite worked with Marpi to bring a series of four installations to life utilizing a combination of Microsoft Kinect, 90” Screens, and 84” interactive touchscreens for a total of four different experiences all coordinated by our proprietary Litehouse control system . The installation was tied together by a series of LED curtain providing a stunning backdrop for guests to create their own moments of interactive performance art.

The Result

With lines down the block just to get in, SF Design Week had one of the largest and best attended openings in its history and it was a huge success. The installations had over 700 unique interactions and were a focal point of the evening. Users were able to be individually tracked by the connect and have immersive interactions, even with a huge crowd of people behind them and the free nature of the interactions led guests to get creative and make their own expression of art while working with Marpi’s designs.
