New York Fashion Week
In September 2013, Britelite Immersive teamed up with Instagram for New York Fashion Week and deployed three custom installations. Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week is New York City’s single largest media event, taking place twice a year (February & September) at Lincoln Center, one of the most well known arts and cultural institutions in the world.
BLi recently produced TEDxUNPlaza in New York City. This unprecedented event was organized under the theme BRAVE: United in Action. The first TEDx event to be held at the United Nations, TEDxUNPlaza was curated by local and international TEDx organizers. For this project, we provided technical direction, creative direction, motion graphics, technical staffing, lighting, data, and more
In the summer of 2013, Britelite Immersive developed an interactive installation for the Sears Code-A-Thon in SF. The installation included a 55″ LCD touch display that controlled a large four screen video wall. Creative deliverables included custom user interface (touch screen), content pages, animated transitional sequences, and compelling visual design. Our development team also integrated a real time social photo feed into the wall that aggregated user photos taken during the event via Instagram and Twitter.
Ad Ghetto Block Party
In October BLi teamed up with Cibo Studios and EVB for the 2013 Ad Ghetto Block Party featuring Dan The Automator. For this project we build a custom social video wall as an interactive stage piece for the performance stage. The installation pulled in live photos from #AdGhettoBlockParty along with any photos taken within 300ft of the installation that were posted to Instagram. We worked in tandem with Cibo Studios on all creative assets.
